Verses 1, 2

सं ते पयांसि समियन्तु वाजाः सं वृष्ण्यान्यभिभूते विश्वा ।
saṃ te payāṃsi samiyantu vājāḥ saṃ vṛṣṇyānyabhibhūte viśvā ।
The mantras invoke the primal relationship between the seeker and the divine fire, Agni. By offering physical fuel and pure oblations, the practitioner establishes a resonance with the cosmic forces of growth and vitality.
Verse 1: Fueling Agni for mutual growth and spiritual elevation.
Sāyaṇa interprets this purely from a ritualistic perspective, whereas Sri Aurobindo sees Agni as the divine Will operating within man.
