मन्त्र 1

समिधाग्निं दुवस्यत घृतैर्बोधयत अतिथिम् । आस्मिन् हव्या जुഹ്ोतन ॥

samidhāgniṃ duvasyata ghṛtairbodhayata atithim । āsmin havyā juhōtana ॥

अनुवाद: Serve Agni with fuel, waken the guest with melted butter; pour your oblations into him.

The seeker is instructed to feed the inner fire of awareness with spiritual fuel and clarity, making the divine guest welcome within.

मन्त्र 2

अग्ने तव श्रवो वयं प्रति शृण्म तन्वं वधे । तव प्रणीत्यस्मयुः ॥

agne tava śravo vayaṃ prati śṛṇma tanvaṃ vadhe । tava praṇītyasmayuḥ ॥

अनुवाद: O Agni, we listen to your glory and protect our bodies from harm through your divine guidance.

Through attunement to the divine inner flame, the devotee gains protection and spiritual illumination.
