अग्निं होता्रं वृणे हव्यवाहनं रोदसी प्र विचेतसं जातवेदसम् ।
agniṃ hotāraṃ vṛṇe havyavāhanaṃ rodasī pra vicetasaṃ jātavedasam ।
अनुवाद: I choose Agni as the priest, the bearer of oblations, who possesses deep knowledge of the two worlds, the all-knowing one.
The ṛṣi consciously selects Agni as the divine intermediary and inner guide, recognizing that all spiritual efforts and offerings are carried by this divine light to the higher realms.
