अग्ने व्रतपते व्रतमुपैष्यामि तच्छकेयं तन्मे राध्यताम्। इदमहमनृतात्सत्यमुपैमि।
agne vratapate vratamupaiṣyāmi tacchakeyaṃ tanme rādhyatām। idamahamanṛtātsatyamupaimi।
अनुवाद: O Agni, Lord of sacred vows, I shall undertake the vow; may I be capable of it, may it succeed for me. Here I go from untruth to truth.
The seeker dedicates themselves to the sacred vow before Agni, praying for the inner strength and divine grace required to uphold truth and righteousness.
