इन्द्र॒ मदे॑षु मत्सिनं॑ ह॒रिं वसि॑ष्ठ॒मर्च॑ति । अ॒भि त्वा॑ पूर्व॒पीत॑ये ॥
índra mádeṣu matsínaṁ háriṁ vásiṣṭhamárcati | abhí tvā pūrvapītáye ||
Translation: O Indra, in ecstatic joy the sacred song praises thee, the golden and most luminous, inviting thee to the earliest draught of soma.
